David and Tai's Wedding

As weddings go, this one was over the top, absolutely gorgeous.  My sister-in-law, Dena, accepted the invitation to act as the wedding planner and she totally made it happen, paying attention to every detail from the venue to the silver charger plates and handmade place cards!  I'm feeling a lot of gratitude because all my siblings and their families were invited to share this special day.
The young couple recited their vows in a white canopy-tent at Newcastle Golf Course.  The minister encouraged us to pray for David and Tai and to support them as they begin their married life.  He even prayed for happy revelry, dancing, and eating.

My brother, Don, gave an incredible toast to the sweet couple.  He mentioned that Tai and David were friends for years before they started dating.  He seemed to choke up a bit when he talked about our Mom and the way she cooked, baked, and showed her love for her big family.  He sensed that Tai would've appreciated our Mom's generosity because she, too, loves to cook.  Every guest got to take home a small jar of raspberry jam - a project she completed just days before the wedding.

It's been said that children steal the show and these little ones did indeed.  They were quiet before the ceremony, playing with a new sticker book.   David and Tai chose Peyton (middle) to be the ring bearer, but he got cold feet, so his younger brother, Ethan, carried the rings down the aisle.
The Kopczynski's love to take pictures and I'm including a few of my favorites.

Jeremy captured the sunset and the bagpiper.
The sunset seemed to be God's special gift to David and Tai!  I think hundreds of pictures were taken trying to capture this precious moment.

Thanks for the Memories!  I hope you continue dancing and celebrating your love for decades.
