Sunsets at the Roche Harbor never disappoint the guests and we were delighted by the retiring of the colors as the sun went down.
Proud parents, Allan and Lisa, and David and Roberta Patterson
Rev Bill Zacharda officiated the lovely ceremony. He mentioned that he married David and Roberta, christened Jennifer, and has been a family friend for 25 years!
A little wine and lots of conversation on the patio
Jessica and Brian, still newlyweds, themselves, happy to be celebrating this glorious day.
The older generation and our traditional photo in front of the fireplace!
Jason and Jennifer admitted to taking lessons for their first dance together. Lisa did not confess, but Jennifer and her Dad danced a special dance to the song, Brown Eyed Girl.
Jamie Estopinal, the maid of honor and Jennifer's college roommate, described how Jason and Jennifer met via Facebook messenger after they'd both applied for Alaska Airlines intern programs. Jamie said, "we referred to Jason as "Alaska Boy."
The wedding day sunset!
Jason posted these pictures on Facebook and these are his words:
Friday was the best day of my life as I married my co-pilot, best friend and love of my life Jennifer! She was THE most beautiful and gorgeous bride there ever was; she was a princess!! I absolutely bawled my eyes out seeing Jen in her wedding dress for the first time. She took my breath away as I choked up during reading my vows to her. Our wedding was the best in history!! Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us. To everyone, we are so grateful for all your love and support for both Jen and I. This picture is from our first look and coincidentally had a seaplane fly right overhead! Words do not describe how much I love my WIFE!!
